2011 Omicron Golf Outing
Date & Location: July 16th, 2011. The first tee time is at 11:04am. We'll be playing at the Mount Prospect Golf Club, 600 S See-Gwun Ave, Mount Prospect, IL 60056. Driving directions & course info is available at http://www.mppd.org/golf.php?section=dir.

Please include in your email:
- The names of brothers and other members of your foursome with whom you are playing.
- If you intend to pay for the foursome by yourself or if individuals will be paying for themselves.
- Who, of your foursome, will attend the post-golf BBQ.
- If you need an early or late tee time.
Alternatively, you may send this form by US Mail.
Foursomes: Please sign up as a foursome. Your group doesn't need to be made up of all Psi U's either, it can be your regular foursome or include family and other friends. I'd also be happy to put you in a group, and I'll do my best to get people of similar ages together.
Cost: $116.00 per person, which covers greens fee, cart, lunch at the turn, post-round BBQ and some other treats. For those brothers who need a helping hand, we're also selling "mulligans" to raise money for the house - $5.00 each with a maximum of three per person.
Payment: Two options, feel free to use either:
- PayPal - Pay from our website using PayPal at http://illinipsiu.com/golf.
- Personal check - Make it out to the "Omicron Alumni Association of Psi Upsilon" and mail to our PO Box: Omicron Alumni Association, P.O. Box 641336, Chicago, IL 60664-1336.
Format: Scramble. Foursomes will tee off, select the best drive and then the group plays from this location. The foursome continues in this manner until the hole has been completed. Awards will go out to the winning foursome as well as for closest to the pin and longest drive. In the case of a tie, we'll have a "chip-off" on one of the practice greens. Each team will select a member of its team, and the closest to the pin wins the tournament.
Post-Tourney BBQ: After the tournament everyone is invited to Brother Dave DiPrima's house where we'll enjoy a post-round BBQ. There will be burgers, dogs, chips, salads and refreshments. He lives at 420 S. We Go Trail, Mount Prospect, IL 60056, and his phone number is 847-368-0752. Dave has suggested that since his street is rather narrow, that we leave cars at the golf course parking and walk over.
Payment is due by July 8th. All proceeds will benefit the Omicron chapter. With all the fantastic projects underway in Champaign, the Omicron Golf Outing is a key supplement to our membership dues and annual fund drive.
